As for the green tea extract in combination with a pregnancy & caffeine. REVIVE only contains the antioxidants of green tea, these antioxidants have been extracted per capsule, so that there is too little caffeine to really speak of a caffeine intake.
You can just take them as usual during your pregnancy, this is really no problem.
REVIVE contains a lot of antioxidants. And these have an extra powerful effect at night, during your natural recovery process, because there is no interference from other take up processes. You will also benefit greatly if you take it during the day. But just before going to sleep, it can work just a little more powerfully. Try it for a month and let us know!
