Welcome to the SUPS.care website (further: the, this or our ‘website’). This website is owned and operated by SUPS bv (SUPS, Sups.care, ‘us’ or ‘we’).

If you want to ask us anything about these terms & conditions or have any comments on or about our website, please email our customer services team at hi@sups.care.

These terms & conditions incorporate our privacy policy and set out the basis on which you can visit and use the SUPS websites. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

 GENERAL

Please read these terms & conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. It is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically. We may revise this agreement at any time without notice to you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site or the services.

When changes are made, we will make a new copy of the agreement available at the site. We will also update the “last updated”date at the top of the agreement. If we make any material changes, and you have registered to use the services, we will also send an e-mail to you at the last e-mail address you provided to us pursuant to the agreement.

SUPS B.V. and Sups Supplements Ltd. are companies trading under www.sups.care.

The Mom Plan and Blooom are product lines of sups, trading under themomplan.co, blooom.care and sups.care

All rights, including copyright, are owned by or licensed to SUPS. Any use of the content of our websites, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.

DISCLAIMER

All the products of SUPS are manufactured and labeled in accordance with european standards. We strongly advise you to read the labels and all information provided, such as nutritional information, ingredients and allergen information. You use the SUPS products at your own risk. In case of any serious health issues, when under medical supervision, or when pregnanct or lactating, please contact your health practitioner before taking the (any) supplements.

Sups disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any unwanted (allergic) reactions.

ORDERS

You can purchase SUPS products via the websites of SUPS (sups.care, themomplan.co and blooom.care). We will make every possible effort to process your order as soon as possible. Upon placing your order with SUPS, you will be sent an automatic summary of purchase. Please retain this for your records.

PAYMENT

SUPS uses Adyen & Mollie payment systems for all payments except for the offered Pay Pal options. You can choose your preferred payment option without any additional costs. Payment will be debited from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched. Please note that all credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not authorise the payment to SUPS, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been received by us.

CANCELATION

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to hi@sups.care as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee that we will be in the position to cancel your order before dispatch. If this is the case, please refer to our Returns & Refunds section below.

DELIVERY

Orders placed before 12 am are sent the same day provided that the products are in stock. The estimated delivery time to most of europe is 2-3 working days (99%) but may take up to 7 working days (1%).

Shipment costs are calculated upon checkout. We offer free shipment on all orders above 30,- in The Netherlands and Belgium. We will deliver to the address as you enter it in the check out step, so please be vigilant when entering your delivery address details as we will not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address or other details are incorrect.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS

We hope that you will be happy with your order. 

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good. If you have taken out a membership, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the conclusion of the agreement (entering into the membership). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example by post or e-mail) with your name, street, house number, postal code and place and e-mail address. We advise you to inform us of the revocation by e-mail.

Due to laws and regulations, we are only allowed to take back unopened supplements. Our jars of SUPS are sealed for several reasons. We will therefore only process your return when we receive it in its original condition, fully including packaging (with the exception of the shipping box). Goods may be returned via our online return portal. You can visit it via the following link. We strongly recommend that you ask for a postage receipt from the Post Office with a tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Upon proper receipt of your return and when it is in its original condition, you will be refunded the full (paid) price of the goods. Returns are normally processed within 7 working days from the time they reach us. Once the refund has been processed, you will be refunded the full price of the products within 5-21 business days (please note that refund terms are dictated by the card issuers and are beyond our control). This does not affect your statutory rights.

SUPS reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. Legal title to the merchandise will pass to us immediately when we refund you a payment for the merchandise.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on our websites. You will have to contact the original place of purchase, as when you choose to purchase through other retailers you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

MEMBERSHIP

When you choose a subscription of the SUPS products you will receive the chosen product or bundle every 30 days. The first order will be shipped as a normal order, following by a 30 day interval. The payment for you subscription is automatically deducted from the specified card in your account upon dispatch of the order.

Cancellation or change of your subscription is possible at any time. You can cancel it in your SUPS account. Your subscription will continue until terminated by you. Changes and cancellation of the subscriptions can be be done up to at least 5 working days before the next delivery, or the order will be seen as approved and will be shipped.

PRIVACY

Your name, email address, debit or credit card information is registered with SUPS and is not disclosed to any third party, unless we are entitled to this, however, certain data will be transmitted to STRIPE or PayPal, which are our payment system providers. You are responsible for ensuring that your card information in your SUPS account is always up to date.

PRIVACY POLICY

To enable us to process your order we will typically acquire information which includes your name, address, phone number and your e-mail. Your information is stored on our servers with limited access and located in controlled facilities.

We only use your contact information to deliver your products and to contact you regarding your order. We do not share or sell your contact information to third parties, except if required by law.

COOKIES

Cookies are text files stored on your computer for your own convenience. SUPS.care and our websites use cookies to remember your preferences and your customer id to make it easier for you next time you visit SUPS.care

Cookies never contain information about your credit card or your password. You can delete stored cookies on your computer at any time.
